How we use your information

• To review your request, check availability and confirm your appointment or event.

By providing your phone number, or by calling or texting Two Bit Game Room or Rent My Arcade at 844-727-2233, you agree to receive text messages about your reservation, such as confirmations, reminders and arrival instructions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

Mobile information and phone numbers collected for text messaging will not be shared, sold or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we store your information

Requests submitted on this website are emailed to our staff. We also keep a backup record of each request on our web server, in a location that is not publicly accessible, so requests are not lost if an email fails. We keep this information only as long as we need it to manage reservations and our business records.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard log files that record information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to keep the site running, secure and working properly.

Our website does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use tools such as Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which report how our site appears in search results. These tools do not track individual visitors on our site.

Other companies' services

Some pages include videos hosted by Vimeo and YouTube, and our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. These services may collect information such as your IP address, and video players may set cookies, under their own privacy policies. Our site also links to other websites, including Rent My Arcade and news outlets. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you have given us at any time by contacting us. To stop text messages, reply STOP.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
